Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your eco-friendly tech accessories, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Pela products. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure they can be properly re-homed or composted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Your Preference
Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color/model or receive a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your Pela items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
